Birol Efendioğlu graduated from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics, Istanbul University in 1993. He began his professional career in 2000 as a founding partner at Kutlan & Sümer Certified Public Accountancy Inc., where he served for 16 years.
Having obtained the title of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant in 2015, Birol Efendioğlu established ELLA Audit in 2016 and continued his career in this capacity. In 2020, he joined Erta Sworn-in Certified Public Accountancy and Independent Audit Inc. as a partner and continues to serve as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant. With expertise across a wide range of sectors including construction, automotive, tourism, healthcare, education, pharmaceuticals, logistics, aviation, cosmetics, entertainment, retail, agriculture, and livestock, Birol Efendioğlu leads audit and advisory engagements for leading companies in these industries.
