Born in Istanbul in 1979, Ahmet Yakar graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University in 2001. He began his career as an auditor at Randıman Audit Sworn-in CPA Inc., where he worked until 2022. During this period, he was involved in the organization of domestic audit engagements and conducted audits for companies operating in various sectors.
Between 2002 and 2022, Ahmet Yakar served as both an auditor and a manager within the audit departments of the firm. Throughout this period, he took an active role in IPOs and Capital Markets Board (CMB) audits. He holds the titles of Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor, and provides services with extensive experience across multiple sectors including manufacturing, trade, tourism, education, construction, textile, sports, and healthcare.
