Oya Erkan Akdağ has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. She started her career at companies including SAP, Turkcell, Hankook, YKM, and Uzel Finans, and later served as Finance & Supplier Risk Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroën (Stellantis). During this period, she played an active role in global reporting, financial risk management, and corporate finance processes.
In 2013, Oya Erkan Akdağ joined EuroChem Agro Türkiye as Finance & Accounting Manager, where she managed IFRS reporting, budget management, cost control, and financial planning processes. In 2019, she was appointed CFO of ACENDIS Sales & Service Ltd, where she was responsible for the company’s financial strategy, banking relationships, project financing, and liquidity management.
Between 2021 and 2025, Oya Erkan Akdağ served as Head of Finance at HÖDLMAYR International Logistics, overseeing accounting, treasury, controlling, and financial reporting processes.
Oya Erkan Akdağ completed her MBA at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and also earned a master’s degree in International Trade and Logistics from Yeditepe University. She has expertise in SAP FI/CO, Oracle ERP, and financial modeling. She is fluent in Turkish, English, and French.
