Born in İzmir in 1985, Beliz Ugral started her career in 2008 as an auditor at one of Türkiye’s leading audit firms. During more than seven years of service, she took an active role in statutory audits, Capital Markets Board audits, and audit engagements conducted under IFRS and U.S. accounting standards.
After relocating to the Netherlands in 2015, Ugral worked in international audit practice and subsequently held senior Finance and Control positions in multinational companies operating in the energy and industrial sectors.
Since 2019, Beliz has been working as an independent consultant within Finsmart Financial Consultancy, undertaking roles such as Financial Controller, Global Financial Controller, and Finance Business Partner in large multinational companies based in the Netherlands. She has made significant contributions to ERP transition projects, IFRS conversion processes, consolidation and reporting activities, and the establishment of financial control mechanisms.
In addition, she provides accounting and tax services to both international and local clients. Within this scope, she supports businesses by preparing VAT and corporate tax returns, maintaining daily accounting records, and compiling financial statements, thereby ensuring financial order and regulatory compliance.
Ugral holds the Turkish SMMM certification and is a member of ACCA. She has extensive knowledge of international, Dutch, U.S., and Turkish accounting standards and possesses advanced expertise in widely used corporate ERP systems.She also holds a diploma in sustainability reporting and provides consultancy services in this field.
